CRAZY FUN

Spencer and Hannah's cousins flew in from Utah, and we've enjoyed a nonstop whirlwind of crazy Haymore fun for the past ten days! I think the kids were almost as exhausted as the parents after all of the sleepovers, water slides, swimming, lawn mower trailer rides, floating down a river, visiting the birthplace of Cabbage Patch dolls, family dinners, picnics, baseball games and just playing together. (My kids even squeezed in a fun-filled overnighter with Blake cousins at Grandma Wilder's house!) If dirt is truly a measure of how much fun a kid is having, then my kids enjoyed one incredible week. Now it's time to try and get back to boring reality, normal bedtimes and LAUNDRY!

Our excursion to Babyland General, the birthplace of the first Cabbage Patch doll.
(Have to admit that it was a bit disturbing to hear Mother Cabbage's nurse ready to deliver when dilated to 10 leaves.)

Looks like lots of fun. That Haymore clan is quite the bunch. Nothing funner than being with family!
