Taking it EZ in Hot AZ

After taking a three-year hiatus, our family finally made it back to AZ! We invaded my sister's house for an entire week - 5 adults and 9 kids. Luckily, the Bunkers had enough beds and wiggle room that even Jeff, a HUGE hotel advocate, had a great time. Thanks again, Mathew & Amy!

Vacation Favorites:

• Ate pizza while listening to live organ music, watching dancing cats and popping bubbles falling from the ceiling. Yes, our first experience at Organ Stop Pizza!
• Went to our first Diamondbacks game
• Enjoyed visiting with my long-time friend, Marci, and swimming with her cute kids
• Overcame Spencer's dehydration setback and recovered from a few restless nights
• Celebrated birthdays - lots of ice cream, cake, popsicles and swim parties
• Attended my niece Emily's baptism
• Welcomed our new niece, Katelyn, to the family
• Enjoyed seeing relatives at a pool party and a buffet dinner at the Strong reunion weekend
• Ate ice cream sundaes with Severtsons (Growing up, my parents enforced the rule that we had to wait until 6 a.m. on Christmas morning to play with our next door neighbors.)
• Played nine holes at Golfland with the kids
• Caught the gadget/electonic bug on one of our many lazy afternoons
